After the band was founded in 2004, all originalmembers but Jens Beneke mysteriously disappeared untill summer 2005. It wasn't a bad thing though because the band had not even written one full song till then. 2005 Jens started his lonely search for insane metalheads with talent and spirit. He was not successful. Instead he found Christoph Johr guitarstudent of legendary *cough* Declamatory guitarist Toni Watzinger, Andreas Prietzel a bassist who happened to be at the wrong pub at the wrong time and Paul Müller who suddenly appeared through a dustcloud after Jens rubbed his bottle of beer. With this lineup the band managed to have their first gig at the "Metal Up Your Ass 2005" in Berlin. After a demo EP and glorious gigs in England 2007 the band took 2008 as a year of songwriting, with just some gigs throughout the year. Robert Müller (not related to Paul!!!) joined in on the guitar and Jens decided to just do the vocals. With the release of their first full length album in april and a "worldtour" in support of the album, 2009 will be the year of Treeb!
